When will my order ship?
- We ship using UPS Next Day Air. We only ship on Mondays-Thursdays to avoid weekend delays.
How is the meat shipped?
- Your meat is safely packed in a styrofoam cooler box and kept cold with gel packs and insulation. Usually the meat arrives frozen, but some thawing is totally normal and the meat can be safely refrozen.
I wasn’t home when my order was delivered, is it still safe to eat?
- Yes. Our packaging allows the meats to stay at cool temperatures for up to 48+ hours, keeping them fresh the entire way.
Do you deliver to all 50 states in the US?
- We ship to all states except Hawaii and Alaska
I received my order and it was slightly thawed, is that normal?
- Thawing is normal. Our meat is freshly cut, immediately vacuum sealed and blast frozen which will retain all the flavor and nutrients. Due to this process, refreezing is not an issue at all.
How long can I store the meat?
- Frozen- In original vacuum seal, safe for 1 year+ but we recommend to consume within 2 months for best flavor and texture
- Fridge-In original vacuum seal, safe in your refrigerator for up to 10 days
What is the best way to defrost the meat?
- Overnight in the fridge is the recommended method but if same day is needed cold water bath for 30-45 minutes works as well
